CP - Hmm, I thought about that too. It's eaten in other parts of SE Asia and the Philippines, so I guess it's not primarily viet. But this list is open for additional content so the next time I eat Hot Vit Lon, I'll get a good picture of it!

Oh man, now I've got a hankering for it. haha
